• Schedule: Monday - Friday, + on-call responsibilities

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Manage an OFSTED-regulated children's residential care home rated GOOD by OFSTED
• Oversee a residential support service for young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
• Collaborate with RI and HR teams to ensure safety and positive outcomes
• Build and develop staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders, and Support Workers
• Ensure compliance with OFSTED standards and manage referrals
• Maintain quality assurance to meet OFSTED and company standards
• Manage the Burton-based service

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 5 or working towards it
• Deputy or Registered Manager experience
• Driving licence
