Pay rate: £44,000 - £52,000 per annum + bonus structure with the potential to earn up to £8,500

Location: Castle Donington

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years in a relevant residential care role for children (within the last 5 years).
• Full UK driving licence.
• The right to work in the UK.
• Applicants must be over 21 due to industry regulations.

The Role:

We seek nurturing and supportive individuals who can deliver high levels of care and help our children achieve excellent outcomes. Our homes provide crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care. Children participate in recreational activities tailored to their interests, such as cinema, swimming, and sports.
