Those huge small victories

Working in our Children’s Homes means being a part of a young person’s day-to-day life. This involves supporting them through their highest highs and lowest lows. As a Registered Manager, you will ensure that the home environment supports this by making sure both staff and young people feel secure, safe, and motivated. Challenges will arise, but so will small moments that feel like huge small victories!

Our homes accommodate young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs. Our goal is to create the best possible outcomes for them. We achieve this through a holistic service approach, involving psychologists, occupational therapists, and other clinical team members to provide comprehensive support, ensuring positive outcomes through a well-coordinated service in SEND.

Get out what you put in

By managing daily operations and taking ownership of Ofsted requirements, you enable young people to reclaim their childhoods and build pathways to becoming well-rounded adults. This role is incredibly rewarding. You will be involved in new referrals and can be confident that you are providing a home within the UK’s leading provider of specialist education and care.

What we do for you

We recognize your potential and reward your dedication with a competitive salary and benefits package. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in young people's lives, plus enjoy the following benefits:

Salary: Base salary for 6-7 bed homes - £49,836 - £61,702
Bonuses: 10% annual bonus, approximately 10 weekends per year on call bonus of £2,500, and an attendance allowance of £1,400
Long-term incentive plan: A bonus of 30% of salary accrued annually and paid as a future lump sum
Training: A comprehensive 4-week induction at our Care Academy
Holiday: 7 weeks’ holiday to reward your hard work
Progression: Opportunities for career growth, with many regional managers promoted from within
Flexible benefits package: Customize your holiday allowance, pension, and life insurance. Details here
Wellbeing: Access to wellbeing tools and employee assistance programs
Private Health Insurance and Medical cover: Reimbursements for opticians, dentists, and more, plus high-street discounts
Meals provided during shifts
Beautiful working environments: State-of-the-art facilities in our homes, here
Refer a Friend Scheme: Earn a £1,000 bonus for each successful referral
