HCRG Care Group is seeking a Band 3 Care Support Worker to provide high quality home-based care for children with complex medical needs within the community and families’ homes in Wiltshire. Roles are part-time (27 and 36 hours) with potential for flexible hours and full training on relevant clinical needs.

You will join a supportive team, receive comprehensive training, and work to care plans while ensuring safety and confidentiality in every family setting.

Qualificações

• NVQ 3 in health or social care or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence and car use.
• Excellent communication skills with children and families.

Responsabilidades

• Care for children in their own homes, including nights, days and evenings.
• Look after children with complex health needs using medical tech (ventilators, feeding tubes, oxygen).
• Receive training and work with a colleague while learning new skills.
• Keep accurate records of care provided.
• Communicate effectively with children and families.
• Follow the child care plan and respond to health changes per plan.

Conhecimentos

Full UK driving licence

Excellent oral and written comms

Flexible and reliable

Willingness to travel Wiltshire/Banes

Ability to learn new skills

Formação académica

NVQ 3 in health or social care

GCSE Maths & English

British Sign Language level 1
