Qualifikationen

• Able to demonstrate health, social care or rehabilitation experience in a care setting.
• Knowledge of personal care tasks and activities of daily living.
• Experience working in community-based care.

• Provide nursing and care duties under supervision, including observations and documentation.
• Assist patients with personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
• Support care planning, education for patients and carers, and maintain records.
