Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Support Worker to assist a 12-year-old child at home and school. Role involves 2:1 support with a Registered Nurse in a multidisciplinary team, with flexible day shifts and 16–36 hours per week in Sutton Coldfield.

Applicants should have UK complex care experience, be non-smokers, and hold enhanced DBS and right to work in the UK; driving licence is advantageous. Competitive pay is dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

Clinical Care Support Worker/ Health Care Assistant (HCA) Child (Private Family Employer)

Location: Sutton Coldfield (B74)

Hours: Flexible day shifts available Monday to Sunday (16 to 36 hours per week)

Pay: Competitive dependent on experience

We are recruiting an experienced female Clinical Care Support Worker to join our established care team supporting our 12-yer-old daughter at home and school. She is very sociable and enjoys being around people who are positive, fun and engaging. She has an acquired brain injury with profound physical impairment and requires specialist, person-centred support. This role is 2:1 working alongside a Registered Nurse and within a wider multidisciplinary team.

Clinical Care Support Worker Key Responsibilities

• Assist with complex clinical care as delegated by the Registered Nurse
• Personal care, manual handling and daily routines
• Support therapy programmes
• Maintain accurate care records on Log My Care

Clinical Care Support Worker Requirements
