Overview

Here at Oxford Leisure Trust our goal is to get more people, more active, more often. To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for Children's Activity Assistants to join our centre. In this role you will provide clean, safe, and supervised facilities and activities for the children of customers to the Leisure Centre, as well to be responsible for the smooth operational running of all types of parties the centre holds and provide party guests with first class levels of customer service at all times. This is your chance to be involved in keeping children entertained and you will go home each day with a huge sense of satisfaction at the difference you have made. You will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment with free access to the leisure facilities, various discounts and excellent development opportunities. Serco manages these facilities on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Trust.

Responsibilities

• Provide clean, safe, and supervised facilities and activities for the children of customers to the Leisure Centre.
• Be responsible for smooth operational running of all types of parties the centre holds.
• Provide party guests with first‑class levels of customer service at all times.
• Help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment.
