What we are looking for :

• Level 3 Qualification in Early Years Childcare or NVQ in Play Work (Essential)
• Knowledge of Play Work Principles & Early Years Foundation Stage
• A passion for childcare and child development
• Experience working with children aged 0-12 in a paid or voluntary role
• Strong communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues

Good understanding of Safeguarding (Don’t worry if you need training in First Aid, or Food Hygiene – we can help with that!)
