Job description

We are seeking an exceptional strategic leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Chief Finance Officer. This pivotal role will shape the financial future of the Clackmannanshire & Stirling Health and Social Care Partnership, working across NHS Forth Valley, Stirling Council, and Clackmannanshire Council.

As Section 95 Officer for the Integration Joint Board (IJB), you will lead financial strategy, governance, and transformation programmes that support integrated health and social care services. You’ll be instrumental in delivering sustainable, high‑quality services that improve outcomes for our communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and delivery of the IJB’s financial strategy, annual budgets, and performance reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory financial regulations and governance frameworks.
  • Provide expert financial advice to the Chief Officer and IJB.
  • Drive transformation and service redesign to meet strategic priorities.
  • Manage financial risk, audit processes, and performance forecasting.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders across partner organisations.
