Seqens Custom Specialties in the North East of England seeks a Customer Services & Supply Chain Coordinator to support order processing, logistics and customer liaison. You will work closely with sales, production and carriers to ensure on-time delivery and accurate documentation.

The role requires strong organisation, IT and communication skills, with experience in SAP and import/export processes. It offers a challenging, collaborative environment within a top-tier COMAH site.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service and supply chain within chemicals/manufacturing.
• Ability to manage order processing, documentation and carrier coordination.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with deadline discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and process sales orders with customers to meet delivery dates.
• Check price lists against orders and prepare export/import documentation.
• Negotiate freight rates and liaise with hauliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain stock records and coordinate with operations for production slots.
• Support accounts with invoice queries, credit blocks and cost allocations.
