Job summary

SFI Health is seeking a proactive Supply Chain & Customer Service Coordinator to support the smooth flow of materials and products. You will process customer orders in the ERP system, communicate with customers and internal teams, and coordinate OTC activities to meet delivery dates.

The role requires at least 3 years in customer service, supply chain, or manufacturing, with exposure to regulated environments, and hands-on experience with MS Office and SAP.

Qualifications

• Equivalent relevant experience in operations, supply chain, manufacturing or logistics.
• Good level of communication skills.
• Good working knowledge MS Office & SAP.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact between customers and the business through the OTC process.
• Process customer orders from acknowledgement to delivery with cross-functional liaison.
• Attend weekly sales alignment meetings and prepare weekly reports.
• Coordinate with planning/production to meet product availability and customer needs.
• Coordinate with warehouse to ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched on time.
• Support GMP/GDP and export compliance and prepare export documents.
