Job summary

Lucy Walker Recruitment Limited is recruiting on behalf of a Bradford-based manufacturing business for an experienced Customer Account & Supply Chain Coordinator. You will be the main contact for a portfolio of customers, coordinating production, stock and supply requirements to ensure orders run smoothly.

Working with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Commercial and Finance teams, you will plan production activity, monitor demand and maintain strong communication across functions to deliver

Qualifications

• Proven experience within supply chain, customer service or a similar coordination role.
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong Excel knowledge.
• Ability to work with high volumes of numerical data.
• Experience using an ERP system (SAP).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a key point of contact for an allocated portfolio of customers
• Planning jobs in line with production schedules
• Coordinating production requirements and monitoring short- and medium-term demand
• Managing incoming and outgoing component supplies
• Supporting effective stock control and identifying opportunities to improve stock efficiency
• Maintaining strong communication across Production, Warehouse, Quality, Commercial and Finance
• Supporting the wider Customer Services team with additional client and operational requirements

We are working with a well-established and highly respected manufacturing business based in Bradford, supporting a portfolio of well-known clients across the food and retail sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced production coordinator, account coordination or supply chain professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing multiple priorities. You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive an excellent level of service, while coordinating production, stock and supply requirements across the business.

The Role

As Customer Account & Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be a key point of contact for an allocated portfolio of customers, managing the day-to-day requirements needed to ensure orders and production run smoothly.

Working closely with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Commercial and Finance teams, you will coordinate customer requirements, plan production activity and ensure stock and component supplies are managed effectively.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a key point of contact for an allocated portfolio of customers
• Planning jobs in line with production schedules
• Coordinating production requirements and monitoring short- and medium-term demand
