Job summary

SFI Health Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Supply Chain & Customer Service Coordinator to ensure smooth flow of materials and products. You will process customer orders in ERP, support OTC activities, and maintain high service standards while coordinating with planning, production, warehouse and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Equivalent relevant experience in operations, supply chain, manufacturing or logistics.
• Good level of communication skills.
• Good working knowledge MS Office & SAP.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact between customers and the business during the OTC process.
• Process orders and enquiries from acknowledgement to delivery, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Attend weekly sales alignment meetings and prepare reports for the Sales team.
• Coordinate with Planning/Production to confirm product availability.
• Coordinate with warehouse to ensure orders are dispatched on time.
• Support GMP/GDP and export compliance and document requirements.
• Prepare health certificates and export documents as needed.
• Obtain freight quotations and negotiate terms where appropriate.
• Coordinate with Logistics Partner and ensure shipping documents are accurate.
