Key Responsibilities

1. Actively seek new business and develop client relationships
2. Ensure high-quality food production using modern techniques and trends
3. Plan, coordinate, and order food in line with standard recipes and client numbers
4. Drive business growth aligned with high street trends and client innovation
5. Maintain budget compliance, profitability, and use of nominated suppliers
6. Lead, recruit, train, and communicate effectively with the catering team
7. Oversee all catering operations, ensuring cleanliness, service standards, and compliance

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality food production
