Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, seeks a skilled Chef de Rang to join the Rosebery team. You will deliver exceptional service at a luxury level, manage guest requests, and contribute to flawless dining experiences.

The role requires confidence in upselling, superb communication, and meticulous attention to detail. Working on a rotating schedule (39 hours/week, 5 days) across morning and evening shifts, you will be part of a team that prides itself on integrity and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage, ideally luxury establishments.
• Guest-focused with strong communication and service techniques.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest requests, queries or complaints with courtesy.
• Prepare mise en place and maintain station readiness.
• Understand the menu and upsell food and beverages where appropriate.
• Process billing accurately and efficiently.
