Raffles London at The OWO in London seeks a skilled Chef de Rang to uphold the brand’s legendary service standards within The Drawing Room. You will lead a station, manage junior staff and ensure a flawless guest experience from arrival to departure.

Deliver dishes with clear explanations, collaborate with front- and back-of-house teams, and maintain service flow, safety and sustainable practices. Previous experience in luxury hotel environments and familiarity with LQA or Forbes 5* standards is

Responsibilities

• Lead a station and manage commis waiters for smooth service.
• Maintain stations and restaurant, act as communication point between BOH and FOH.
• Support hostess, baristas, and team when required.
• Deliver food quickly and accurately with dish explanations to guests.
• Explain dishes to guests in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
• Take guest feedback and requests to management.
• Commit to sustainable practices daily in terms of waste and purchasing.
• Perform other duties as required, including cross-departmental work.
