Sea Containers London is opening Gordon Ramsay at Sea Containers, a premier dining destination on the South Bank. We seek a Chef de Partie to lead a section of the kitchen, upholding exceptional standards of preparation, presentation and service, and to contribute to a dynamic opening team.

You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs, train juniors, manage mise en place and stock, and help deliver a memorable dining experience with seasonal British produce.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to cook and prepare dishes to high standards.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene throughout service.
• Train and develop junior kitchen staff.
• Manage mise en place, stock rotation and waste minimisation.
• Deliver visually appealing dishes with consistency.

Responsabilités

• Take responsibility for your designated kitchen section.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes to high standards.
• Collaborate with Head Chef and Sous Chefs for smooth service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and consistency.
• Ensure mise en place is complete and kitchen is ready for service.
• Support training of Commis Chefs and junior team members.
• Control stock, storage, rotation and waste.
• Champion seasonal ingredients and British produce.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Contribute to pre-opening and launch activities.
