As Senior Sous Chef, you will work with the Head Chef to lead the day-to-day kitchen operation, ensuring exceptional standards of food quality, consistency and service, while guiding a high-performing brigade during a crucial pre-opening phase.

Qualifications

• Senior Sous Chef with proven leadership in a high-volume kitchen.
• Experience leading a brigade and delivering consistent quality.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop junior chefs and kitchen leaders.
• Drive menu development, seasonality, and culinary creativity.
