Job summary

Sea Containers London, a Gordon Ramsay Restaurants project on the South Bank, is opening Gordon Ramsay at Sea Containers. We are seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a section of the kitchen, delivering refined dishes with consistency in a high-energy, luxury dining environment.

You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs, contribute to a new dining concept, and help establish kitchen standards and culture for day one operations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in high-volume kitchen.
• Strong focus on consistency and presentation.
• Knowledge of British seasonal produce and cooking techniques.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for your designated kitchen section and maintain mise en place.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes to consistently high standards following recipes and guidelines.
• Collaborate with Head Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure seamless communication and service.
• Maintain clean, organized stations and ensure stock is rotated and prepared for service.
• Support the development and training of junior team members.
• Adhere to food safety, health & safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
