The Jetty Restaurant Salcombe, part of Salcombe Harbour Hotel, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team and maintain high standards in a Rosette-influenced kitchen.

You will run your own kitchen section, contribute to exceptional menus, and develop your skills with internal progression opportunities. Meals are provided on duty, with hotel stays and discounts across the Harbour Hotels Group.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience as a Chef de Partie.
• Ideally from a 1/2 Rosette background.
