Job summary

Harbour Hotels Group in Salcombe's Jetty Restaurant is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team. You will confidently run your own section and uphold the high standards of a two rosette, seafood-dominated restaurant overlooking the estuary.

With at least six months’ experience, you will benefit from excellent progression opportunities, bespoke training, hotel stays and staff discounts across Harbour Hotels Group. Meals are included on duty.

• Run your own kitchen section and maintain high standards in a two rosette Seafood-focused restaurant.
• Contribute to delivering exceptional menus at The Jetty Restaurant Salcombe and support the kitchen team.

Job description

We have a superb opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join the team in delivering exceptional menus within the restaurant. As Chef de Partie you will be capable of confidently running your own section in the kitchen working to the high standards in place. At least 6 months experience as a Chef de Partie is preferred, ideally from a 1/2 Rosette background. The Jetty Restaurant Salcombe, is a two rosette seafood dominated restaurant in the heart of Salcombe, overlooking the Estuary.
