Pay £15–17 per hour
£31,200–£35,360 per year based on 40 hours per week

Schedule 4 x 10-hour shifts per week
Option for a 5th shift if needed

Join a respected private sports club in West London. The club is known for its welcoming atmosphere, quality food, and organised kitchen team.

The venue blends relaxed dining with regular social and sporting events. You will cook fresh, seasonal dishes for members and guests in a friendly, community-focused setting.

What you will do
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs with daily kitchen operations
  • Prepare mise en place across all services
  • Lead service during quieter periods
  • Run smaller events independently
  • Manage general prep, stock rotation, and quality checks
  • Deliver consistent, high‑quality food for members and guests
  • Typical volume is around 50 covers per day
  • Busiest periods are Thursday to Sunday, mainly daytime service
About you
  • Currently a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up
  • Strong interest in fresh produce and modern British cooking
  • Organised and confident in a professional kitchen
  • Reliable, punctual, and positive
  • Keen to learn and progress within hospitality
  • Well suited to chefs early in their career or balancing work with studies
