Job summary

Hall & Woodhouse Limited’s Magnificent Riverside Hotel Pub in Bath is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie / Section Chef to join a buzzing kitchen team. You’ll work on a busy line, ensuring dishes are executed to spec with consistency and care, while enjoying a strong support network and ongoing training.

Enjoy £14.00 per hour, a share of tips, and a generous 60% off meals on shift, plus uniform and kitchen shoes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Chef de Partie with proven kitchen experience
• Confidently run a section while maintaining consistency and presentation
• Trained in food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures

Responsibilities

• Assist as a CDP/Section Chef or Line Chef to keep service stocked and dishes on spec
• Support the team with high-volume service while maintaining quality and presentation
• Contribute to a positive kitchen vibe and training opportunities for development

Part of the Hall & Woodhouse family of exceptional Inns and situated on the banks of the river Avon, just outside the city of Bath, with views of the picturesque countryside, the Boathouse is the perfect example of a traditional English country pub with rooms. The pub joined the Hall & Woodhouse family in 2017 and has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment. The beautiful garden runs alongside the river, offering the perfect location to relax.
