Job summary

Hall & Woodhouse Taplow, a premium pub group, is recruiting a hands-on Chef de Partie to join a busy kitchen by a riverside site in Maidenhead. The role offers £14.00 per hour plus tips and 60% off meals, with permanent or seasonal contracts and a strong emphasis on training and development.

You will be expected to lead a section, ensure consistent plating, maintain safety standards, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere in a vibrant kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on chef de partie with strong kitchen fundamentals.
• Trained in food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures.
• Able to maintain high standards of consistency and presentation.

Part of the Hall & Woodhouse family of sensational destination pubs H&W Taplow is a new bar in an historic riverside setting. The stunning new build in 2023 provides an all-day, all weather venue to support the newly developed St Regis Papermill area and provide a social and focus for a growing community. The bar’s design compliments its stage, evoking memories of sunny days by the river messing about in boats, Whatever the occasion this perfect reflection of a traditional country pub treats guests to great food and drink in a wonderfully relaxed setting

We’re growing our kitchen team and looking for an experienced CDP, Section Chef or Line Chef to jump in and help us keep the good stuff coming. If you love great food, enjoy a buzzing service, and want to work with a genuinely supportive crew, this could be your next spot.
