The Talisman in Southampton is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join a busy kitchen team. Live-in option available and paid £14.00 per hour plus tips and a generous benefits package.

You’ll work a 5-on, 2-off pattern, run a section, and maintain high standards of food safety, presentation, and consistency. Training and development opportunities are on offer within a supportive pub family.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Chef de Partie who really cares about what you do.
• Confident running a section and nailing consistency and presentation.
• Experienced in a busy kitchen and ready to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a kitchen section, ensuring consistency and presentation.
• Cook to spec, uphold food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures.
• Support a busy service and contribute to team vibe.
