De Vere Wokefield Estate in Reading seeks a Chef de Partie to join a busy kitchen brigade. You will own your section, prepare and present dishes to a high standard while ensuring smooth service across breakfast, conferences, restaurants, weddings and events.

You will support junior chefs, share knowledge and help develop their skills, maintaining cleanliness, food hygiene and safety throughout the operation.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen
• Confident running your own section and delivering high standards during service
• Great eye for detail and pride in food you prepare and present
• Enjoy being part of a brigade and helping less experienced chefs develop
• Organised and able to work calmly when service is busy

Responsabilidades

• Run your own section and deliver consistently high standards during service.
• Support Commis and Demi Chefs to develop their skills and confidence.
• Ensure cleanliness, food hygiene and health & safety across the section.
