Job summary

De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade and deliver exceptional dishes in a busy, professional environment. You will work as part of a team, preparing and presenting foods to a high standard while supporting juniors and ensuring cleanliness and safety.

The role is full-time, 40 hours across 5 days with weekend shifts on a rota. We offer a strong benefits package, including service charge sharing and extended holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen.
• High standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
• Attention to detail to create memorable culinary experiences.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team environment and develop with clear progression opportunities.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes within your designated section.
• Mentor Demi Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health & safety.
