De Vere Tortwort h Court in Wotton Under Edge is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a busy kitchen brigade. You will own a section, prepare, cook and present dishes across breakfast, conferences, restaurant and events, and help develop Commis and Demi Chefs.

You’ll oversee service, maintain high hygiene standards and support the team during busy periods. We offer a full-time role with a weekly rota including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, plus a range of staff benefits and career

Formación

• Previous experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment.
• Confident running your own section and delivering high standards during service.
• Great eye for detail and pride in food you prepare and present.
• Enjoys supporting less experienced chefs to develop their skills.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of your section, preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a high standard.
• Support Commis and Demi Chefs; help them develop their skills and confidence.
• Ensure service runs smoothly and the kitchen stays clean and compliant with health and safety standards.
