Job summary

De Vere Wokefield Estate in Reading (Mortimer) is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a busy hotel kitchen brigade. You will own your section, cooking and presenting dishes to consistently high standards while supporting Commis and Demi Chefs and helping them grow.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with overtime paid. Benefits include meals on duty, leisure club access, and extensive holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment.
• Confident running your own section and delivering high standards during service.
• Enjoy mentoring less experienced chefs to develop skills.
