Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to manage the associate restaurant kitchen at The Chancery Rosewood. You will ensure dishes are prepared and plated to the highest standards, uphold hygiene and safety, and support the growth of junior chefs within a collaborative, luxury hotel environment.

You will work across the hotel with a focus on excellence, innovation and the Sense of Place philosophy that defines the Rosewood experience.

Qualifications

• Strong culinary focus and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead a kitchen section and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operation of the associate restaurant kitchen.
• Lead your section during service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Train and supervise Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs, fostering development and teamwork.
