The Chancery Rosewood, part of Rosewood Hotel Group, is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to support a busy kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes with precision and care. You will follow recipes, maintain HACCP standards, and contribute to a respectful, collaborative environment in a luxury hotel setting.

Working closely with senior chefs, you will develop your culinary skills, adapt to changing service needs, and uphold the hotel’s standards across all menu items and presentations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated commitment to high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Strong understanding of HACCP and allergen management.
• Ability to work cohesively within a kitchen team and adapt to fast-paced service.

Responsabilités

• Assist Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare dishes with precision following recipes and technical sheets.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards across the kitchen.
• Support colleagues and continuously develop culinary knowledge.
