Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Chef de Partie to support the kitchen brigade in delivering exceptional dining experiences for members and guests. You will ensure high‑quality food, prep before service, and accurate plating to brand standards, while growing skills and contributing to a collaborative kitchen culture.

You will participate in tastings, assist junior team members, and adapt to flexible shifts in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Passion for food and delivering high‑quality service.
• Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
• Good communication and teamwork in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Plating food to company standards and ensuring high quality.
• Maintaining mise en place before service and station readiness.
• Upholding health and safety regulations at all times.
• Participating in tastings, training, and menu updates with FOH/BOH teams.
• Supporting junior team members and assisting with team meals.
