Soho House in the United Kingdom is seeking a Chef de Partie to support the kitchen brigade in delivering exceptional dining experiences for members and guests. You will ensure high-quality food, set up stations, and plating to standard while working in a vibrant, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue.
• Passion for food and high service standards.
• Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a team and take direction.

Responsibilities

• Plating food according to company guidelines and ensuring mise en place is completed before service.
• Maintain health and safety regulations and clean as you go.
• Attend regular meetings with front and back of house teams for menu/service updates and tastings.
• Support junior team members (e.g., Commis Chefs) through guidance and collaboration.
• Assist in preparation of team meals, considering dietary needs and variety.
• Deep cleaning of the kitchen before close and proper storage of unused items.
