Job summary

The Crown is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our welcoming kitchen team in St. Margaret’s, near Twickenham. You will work under the Head Chef to produce quality, fresh dishes and help shape daily specials in a busy pub restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering quality food in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of food safety standards and practices.
• Proven ability to prepare fresh ingredients to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef in delivering outstanding dishes with consistency.
• Help design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.
• Maintain strong organisation and planning to control GP and labour.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to drive sales.
• Demonstrate creativity and hands-on leadership in the kitchen.
