Young's Pubs is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will work as an active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor, contributing to kitchen operations, menu development, and daily specials alongside the Head Chef.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef aiming for next step.
• Passion and flair for producing quality fresh food.
• Active hands-on chef de partie/kitchen supervisor.
• Willingness to learn, strong communication within team.

Responsabilités

• Work as an active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor.
• Collaborate with Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes and daily specials.
• Demonstrate creativity and drive in menu planning and food presentation.
• Maintain strong planning and organisation to control GP and labour.
• Drive sales and growth through kitchen and front-of-house engagement.
