The Station, a traditional London pub with rooms in Hither Green, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join a welcoming kitchen team. You will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality, fresh dishes and daily specials, while upholding service standards in a busy pub setting.

We offer a structured development path including a CDP to Sous Chef programme, an apprenticeship, culinary masterclasses, and generous staff benefits.

Qualificações

• Experience championing excellent service through quality food.
• Passion to deliver fantastic food.
• Hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor.
• Willingness to learn and be an active team player with excellent communication.
• Ability to design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.
• Strong planning and organisational skills to maintain GP and labour.
• Pro-active approach to driving sales and growth through engagement with both kitchen and front of house teams.
