The Hand and Spear is a British gastro pub in Weybridge seeking a committed Chef de Partie to join our team. You will work across a busy kitchen, delivering fresh, quality dishes and supporting the Head Chef in daily operations.

Qualifications

• We are looking for an existing Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef stepping up.
• Passion to deliver quality fresh food.
• Willingness to learn and to supervise a kitchen team with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Champion excellent service through quality food.
• Deliver fantastic food every time.
• Hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor.
• Collaborate with Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes.
• Drive GP and labour control with planning and organisation.
