Young's Pubs in the United Kingdom is seeking an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will work under the Head Chef, deliver quality dishes with fresh ingredients, and help maintain high standards across service.

We value hands-on leadership, creativity in daily specials, and a collaborative approach with front-of-house colleagues to ensure exceptional guest experiences daily.

Qualifications

• Experience championing excellent service through quality food.
• Passion to deliver fantastic food in a busy kitchen.
• Hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor capability.
• Good communication and teamwork with front-of-house teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare and present high-quality dishes to spec.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety throughout service.
• Help manage stock, wastage and GP targets.
• Support design and delivery of new menu items.
• Collaborate with the team to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
