Job summary

Young's is seeking a Chef de Partie to join one of our welcoming pubs in East London (E3). You will help produce fresh seasonal dishes, maintain quality, and support the Head Chef in running a smooth kitchen.

You will contribute to menu development, demonstrate organizational skills, and work as part of a proactive team in a busy environment. Weekly pay, progression through development programmes, and a range of staff benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience championing excellent service through quality food.
• Passion for delivering fantastic food every time.
• Hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor capability.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to design and deliver new dishes for menus and specials.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality dishes with seasonal ingredients.
• Work alongside Head Chef to support menu development.
• Maintain consistency and control GP and labour as directed.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to drive service quality.
