• Passion and flare for producing quality fresh food.
• Hands-on Chef de Partie/Kitchen Supervisor with excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills and be an active team player.
• Ability to design and deliver new dishes for menus and specials.
• Strong planning and organisational skills to maintain GP and labour controls.
• Pro-active approach to driving sales and engaging with kitchen and front of house.
