Old Bicycle Shop in Cambridge, part of Young'S Pubs, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a vibrant kitchen team delivering fresh, locally sourced dishes. You will work under the Head Chef to maintain high standards in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Looking for an existing Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef stepping up.
• Passion and flare for producing quality fresh food in a welcoming environment.
• Willingness to learn, be an active team player with excellent communication.
• Ability to design and deliver new dishes with the Head Chef.

Responsibilities

• Champion excellent service through quality food.
• Deliver fantastic food every time.
• Be an active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor.
• Show willingness to learn and be an active team player with good communication.
• Help design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.
• Demonstrate planning and organisational skills to manage GP and labour.
• Drive sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front of house teams.
