Job summary

The Bell Inn, part of Young's Pubs, in the Cotswolds region, seeks a motivated Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team. The role combines hands-on cooking with a chance to grow within a supportive, resident pub environment.

You will work under the Head Chef to maintain quality, craft fresh dishes, and contribute to daily specials, while delivering excellent guest service in a welcoming setting.

Qualifications

• Experience championing excellent service through quality food.
• Passion to deliver fantastic food every time.
• Active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor.
• Willingness to learn new skills, be an active team player with excellent communication skills.
• Assist in designing and delivering new dishes for menus and daily specials.
• Strong planning and organisational skills to maintain GP and labour controls.
• Pro-active approach to driving sales and growth with kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Lead by example as a hands-on Chef de Partie / kitchen supervisor.
• Collaborate with team and communicate effectively.
• Contribute to new dish development and daily specials.
