Job summary

The Bull Bracknell, part of Young’s Pubs, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie or a motivated Commis Chef ready to step up. You’ll craft quality British dishes in a welcoming, premium setting and contribute to daily kitchen operations.

You’ll join a friendly team, with training, development opportunities, and staff benefits that include meals on shift, a share in success through our scheme, and discounts across Young’s pubs.

Qualifications

• Existing CDP or motivated Commis Chef seeking next step
• Passion for producing quality fresh food
• Willingness to learn and be a team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Creative input for menus and specials

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality fresh food with passion
• Be hands-on kitchen supervisor and lead by example
• Collaborate with Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes
• Plan and organise to maintain GP and labour controls
• Drive sales and growth through kitchen and front-of-house collaboration
