Job summary

Enderby House in Greenwich, London, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a warm, historic pub kitchen that blends 19th-century charm with modern dining. You will prepare high-quality dishes, lead sections, and collaborate with senior chefs to maintain consistency and freshness.

You will contribute to menu development, train junior staff, and support GP and labour control while delivering excellent guest experiences in a pub setting with a strong maritime heritage.

Qualifications

• We are looking for an existing Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef looking for their next step, who loves producing quality fresh food in a welcoming environment.
• Demonstrate a passion to deliver fantastic food and service at all times.

Responsibilities

• Be an active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor.
• Help design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.
• Show creativity and drive to maintain GP and labour controls.
• Collaborate with head chef and front-of-house to drive sales and growth.
