Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen at CDP or junior sous chef level.
• Experience with fresh seasonal ingredients and changing menus.
• Creative with ability to showcase skillset and cook from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Work well in a team of chefs providing catering to pupils and teachers.
• Produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following brand standards.
• Ensure food hygiene, health & safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
• Help minimise waste and support cost control.
