Job summary

Thomas Franks Ltd is seeking a talented Chef De Partie to join our team at one of our prestigious Bristol locations. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, preparing fresh seasonal ingredients and following our bespoke menus.

You should have CDP or junior sous chef experience, be a team player, and able to manage portions and costs while delivering high standards of food hygiene and customer service. We offer a supportive environment, training, and long-term career progression.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen at CDP or junior sous chef level.
• Experience working with fresh seasonal ingredients and bespoke menus.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; ability to follow brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Work well in a team of chefs providing catering to pupils and teachers.
• Prepare food from scratch using fresh ingredients, following brand standards.
• Ensure food hygiene and health & safety policies are followed; manage wastage.
