Job summary

Thomas Franks Ltd in Warminster is seeking a Chef De Partie for a busy boarding school kitchen. You will join a team delivering breakfast, lunch and dinner with menus that change regularly and emphasize fresh ingredients.

The role requires experience at CDP or junior sous chef level, with a passion for great food and strong teamwork. 40 hours/week, with 5 over 7 shifts and free on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen at CDP or junior sous chef level.
• Ability to work with fresh seasonal ingredients and follow brand standards.
• Strong teamwork and good English communication (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Work in a team of chefs to provide catering services to pupils and teachers.
• Produce food from scratch using fresh ingredients and meet brand standards.
• Adhere to Food Hygiene, Health & Safety policies and allergen controls.
