Job summary

Thomas Franks is seeking a talented Chef De Partie to join our team at Moreton-in-Marsh. This term-time contract is full-time (40 hours per week) with a 5 over 7 shifts pattern and free on-site parking.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, preparing fresh seasonal dishes from scratch, upholding brand standards, food hygiene, allergen controls and managing wastage while delivering excellent pupil and staff catering.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen at CDP or junior sous chef level.
• Experience with fresh seasonal ingredients and changing bespoke menus.
• Ability to demonstrate reasonable/good understanding and use of verbal English.
• Ability to demonstrate reasonable/good standard of written English and reading skills.
• Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team of chefs to provide catering to pupils and teachers.
• Prepare food from scratch using fresh ingredients and seasonal menus.
• Follow brand standards and manage food wastage.
• Adhere to Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen controls.
