Young's is seeking a Chef de Partie or an ambitious Commis Chef with a passion for fresh, quality food and a welcoming environment for guests. You will work hands‑on in the kitchen, support the Head Chef, and help create daily specials that delight our customers.

Demonstrating strong planning and communication skills, you will manage GP and labour, contribute to menu development, and participate in our apprenticeship and masterclass schemes to grow professionally.

• Passion for producing quality fresh food
• Hands-on, Kitchen supervisory experience
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Ability to design and deliver new dishes

• Plan and organise to maintain GP and labour controls
• Contribute to driving sales and growth through kitchen and FOH engagement
