The Blues Kitchen in the United Kingdom is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This role focuses on cooking American comfort food classics with consistency, pace and attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

You will run a section during prep and service, mentor junior chefs, and ensure food safety and quality at all times while delivering dishes to spec. Competitive hourly pay reflects your experience and the team dynamic.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
• Enjoy cooking classic, flavour-driven food.

Responsibilities

• Run a section during prep and service, delivering dishes to spec every time.
• Prepare fresh ingredients and keep your section organised and service-ready.
• Cook American comfort food classics with consistency and attention to detail.
• Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain quality and pace.
• Support smooth service during busy periods.
• Follow food safety and kitchen procedures at all times.
• Help train and support junior chefs.
• Keep your section clean, organised and ready for service.
